HOLIDAY HUSTLE - 30 DAY CHALLENGE
I know the holidays are one of the most difficult times of the year to stay healthy and not pack on the pounds. Rather than stressing out about losing weight, focus on maintaining your weight (not gaining weight) and you will find that it will be much easier to make smarter choices and not stress out about the seasonal festivities.
This December I invite you to create a new mindset around being healthy for the holidays. We will focus on daily exercise, simple nutrition and put into practice healthy habits that will help us avoid temptations and over indulging.

MEET COACH KELLY
Kelly was a competitive cheerleader for 18 years and cheer coach/choreographer for 16 years. She has always had a drive for being dedicated and passion to succeed in her sport and life in general. Her love for cheerleading turned into a passion for health and fitness. Once she retired from coaching, Kelly decided to become a full time fitness professional. Kelly's mission is to help busy people understand the importance of being active and eating clean, so that they can have the energy and confidence to live a happy, healthy, and balanced life. Her motto is work hard, play hard! Life is too short to take things too seriously.

Kelly Scott is a successful Fitness Professional and Entrepreneur; she is the owner of EmpowerFIT Boot Camp, a certified personal trainer, and an Independent Beachbody Coach. Kelly coaches both live boot camp classes in San Mateo and offers one on one training sessions as well as small group classes at her in home gym in Menlo Park. She is known for her fun, dynamic workouts, that are never the same and continue to challenge her clients to push beyond they own limits. Many of her clients have been with Kelly for 3+ years, they keep coming back for more! Kelly also is an online coach where she can help clients remotely through accountability/challenge groups, simple nutrition, and in home workout programs.
